Aptly named, in some instances freshly surfaced Red Heart can be a very bright, watermelon red—though color can vary in intensity and hue. In some cases, it can look quite similar to Bloodwood. UV light will cause Red Heart wood to fade to a reddish-brown. Yea for color changing dice! We coat these dice in a uv protectant to keep the fading to a minimum.
