Bloodwood

bloodwoodNative to Central and South America, Bloodwood lives up to its name through its amazing deep red color. It has a pleasant smell and is quite dense. Is also has a very very consistent color and grain. The chatoyance (shimmer) in Bloodwood is quite frankly amazing. It’s also one of the heaviest woods we use so it makes for an excellent set of dice.

  1. Can you do tensiders?

    • assuming you mean ten sided dice. then yes we can. check out our facebook page (link is at the top of our website) for some photos of the polyhedral dice we make. we haven’t added them to the website yet since we just finished the development work on them. if you’d like a set email me using the contact page.

  2. But, when can we get White Wolf style D10 sets?

  3. I’m just curious, but the 10 dice polyhedral set, that comes with everything from a 1d4 to a 1d20 correct?

Would it be possible to get a set of these in 12mm size, like the dice cubes that Games Workshop sells?

  5. Hey,
Just wondering if it’s possible to get only D20 dice made from the bloodwood, or a few select other woods.

Hi, Does the poly set also come with a box? And if so is the box also bloodwood?

  7. what are the measurements of the dice are they an 8mm or 10mm ?

  8. So I can’t actually choose what kind of dice I want? That seems really weird considering you sell a set with 6s, 8s, 10s, etc. Why DON’T you allow individual purchasing in a wood of choice? Kind of defeats the purpose of having a “custom” dice store. Not trying to be rude, I just don’t get it.

    • we have not added d10′s to the site yet as the kickstarter we launched them in them JUST ended yesterday. the reason we do not allow you to pick and choose single dice from our website is it would drive the cost up significantly.

we also do custom sets on a regular basis. from custom engraving or or you just need 12d12′s for that odd ball system your gm fell in love with. we will happily make them for you. but we handle those orders though the contact@artisandice.com email address
